We will then match your current financial situation and future goals with a mortgage solution that is tailored to meet your goals (getting you on the road to where you want to be), and is matched to your lifestyle. This form is especially useful in illustrating that the lowest interest rate may not always equal the lowest cost, and therefore may not make sense for you.
2. Once we have agreed on a loan program, we strive to expeditiously close the transaction with the greatest of ease.
3. Once your loan closes, that is where our job truly begins. Through consistent application of our "Clients for Life" program, we will stay in touch with you on regular basis, advising you on how to overcome today's financial challenges, adding true value to our relationship. In the long term, we hope to provide you with a "one-stop shop" for all current market trends and a portal for professional referrals.
We also believe that the mortgage process is an intensely personal process and that we will never find a client whose needs match those of another client.
